Reading results:  Anyone with negative (neg)or positive(pos) splits within 5 seconds gets an orange  WOW box.  You are racing especially smart!  Negative spilts are preferred, though.

If you positive split larger than 10seconds or so you need to start out a little bit easier. Only Zee did this and I don’t want her to change a thing!  She is looking like she is racing for the first time in 3 years with the EAGLES!!!  So happy to see you attack and hang on, sub 10 is coming soon FOCUS!

If you negative split 10seconds or more you need to start out a little harder.  Andrew, KaitlynKrug, Kat & Beka you need to get a little more aggressive with your first half!  Especially Rebeka who has had big neg splits two races in a row…you need to think attack!!

Those in the middle zone of 6-9seconds pos or neg …depending how close you are to 5 seconds, you can try either depending how you felt near the end of your race, if you were almost ready to fall over start the same next time, if you felt very strong, go out a little harder next race.

There were 18 racers with PR’s!!  The three BIGGEST PR’S of the week were Izzy at 59 seconds, John at 44seconds, and Sam and Aleczandria tie at 36seconds.  Nice work you four, you get double tickets!

9 of our EAGLES won t-shirts placing TOP 5; Havi 1st, Joel 1st, Gloria 2nd, Larry 2nd, HannahKir 3rd, Emma 4th, Francesca 4th, Steven 5th, and Hayden 5th.

EAGLES HONORABLE MENTIONS go to David for 6th and SamK for 7th1  Almost prize winners again you two!  Awesome times to add to you race portfolios anyway.

TEAM RANK is in first column…  TOP 5 are scorers in regular meets; #6-10 runners are in the push for the two pushers spots.  Remember the championship is a two mile so anything can happen.  To figure your 2mile time you double your mile time and add about 20-30 seconds for what you would run a two mile.  Pacing gets much more important in a two mile race.

Thanks again to all the people who got the kids to their places and made this meet so fun and awesome!!   You are truly the best families on the planet!!
