High School & Middle School Teams
REGISTRATION/LIABILITY & APPAREL Form  above green link is completed by ALL NEW & RETURNING families.

High School Team ONLY 
MEDICAL FORMS above orange links - one form is completed by ALL NEW & RETURNING families of HS athletes ONLY. 
WIAA PREPARTICIPATION PHYSICAL EXAMINATION FORM is completed by a doctor, parent & HS athlete in their First & Third year.
WIAA ALTERNATE ALTERNATE YEAR ATHLETIC PERMIT CARD is completed by parent in their Second & Fourth year.  

High School & MIddle School MANDATORY XC HSE Race Uniform Apparel:  (fill any items on registration form)
$45 Green Poly Hoodie (Adult S-M-L-XL sizing)  OR
$35 Green Cotton Blend Hoodie (Youth S-M-L sizing)
$120 HS Uniform Issue or Purchase Green Singlet & Orange Short ($100 REFUND when RETURNED)
$25 Jr High (7-8grader) Uniform Issue or Purchase Green Singlet  ($20 REFUND when RETURNED)
$0   Pee Wee & MS 4-6 Uniform  issue former green singlet as they are available on a first come first serve basis. (TO BE RETURNED)
MS - Shorts any color ok, but orange preferred. Ask around, there may be some for give or sale at orientations.
ADDITIONAL Optional HSE Apparel:
$20 BLACK Long Sleeve or Short Sleeve T-Shirt (for under singlet)      
$25 Season's HSE T-Shirt 
CHAMPION Optional HSE Apparel:  (purchase any items from online store)
Boys & Girls Black Spandex Short (for under shorts if preferred)
Team Zipper Jackets with embroidered HSE logo. (2 options available)
Beanie Hat with embroidered HSE logo. 

XC RACE FEES are separate fees & in addition to above apparel fees.

HS & MS TRACK & FIELD:
Apparel & fees are not the same as XC and will be explained via email.
If you participated in XC the same school year, major forms are not required again.
Registration meetings are (1 )November for Indoor Club Track and (2) February for indoor/outdoor WIAA Track.
