High School & Middle School XC Teams
LIABILITY Form above green link is completed by ALL NEW & RETURNING families.

High School Team ONLY 
MEDICAL FORMS above orange links - HS athletes ONLY One form is completed by ALL NEW & RETURNING athletes. 
WIAA PREPARTICIPATION PHYSICAL EXAMINATION FORM is completed by a doctor, parent & HS athlete in their First & Third year.
WIAA ALTERNATE YEAR ATHLETIC PERMIT CARD is completed by parent in their Second & Fourth year.

Green Poly Hoodie $50 (Adult S-M-L-XL sizing)  OR
Green Cotton Blend Hoodie $40 (Youth S-M-L sizing)
Next Level Team Shirt $25 (XS-XL). Shirt changes every season. 
HS XC Race Uniform $100 Green Singlet & Orange Shorts ($70 REFUNDED when RETURNED)
There may be used HS race uniforms for low cost or free - ask alumni athletes.
MS XC Race Singlet  $25 Green Singlet  ($10 REFUNDED when RETURNED)
MS Race Short may be any color, but ORANGE is preferred.
HS & MS XC Race Fees: 
Race fees vary each season.  SEE up-to-date registration for current fees.

Optional gear that you may want to purchase for racing in cold weather:
BLACK LONG SLEEVE T-shirt for under race singlet if desired.
Additional T-shirts, warm-up pants with zippers at the bottom for easy removal.
